What they meant to say was, the *green in the Green Car of the Year is that it requires a lot of green.

HarborFreight also sells loads of lovely and cheap solar lights.

How about plasma garbage conversion to energy?

the solar bags are BS, listed on many sites as a total waste. too expensive for too little usability. to charge a video ipod, one tester said it took almost 8 hours of continuos sunlight.

i love *solar, just hate people overstating what it can and can not do.

* solar is a trademark of the Sun. Actual milage may vary, not available in all ares, like antarctica, alaska for 4 months of the year, and we also don't shine in those *naughty* places.

another great episode! and on Who Killed The Electric Car (great documentary, put it on your Christmas list people!) they talked about htbrids and posted some stats saying that he average fuel economy for a domestic made hybrid is 25 mpg, where as the average fuel economy of a japanese import hybrid is 45 mpg. so, buy a prius, not a tahoe!
