I’ve written about a simple solution that would bring free, safe, energy to any building. It is so simple that perhaps it is too obvious.
Hook up a generator at every gate at every stadium, concert hall, tourist attraction, etc.; or hook up a generator at every revolving door in every high rise office building or apartment. (Or any door for that matter).
Though I doubt ‘people energy’ would solve all our energy needs, it would take a bite out of them, a sizable bite.
People power - safe, clean, and even healthy for the exercise it gives the people turning the doors and gates.
