What if these animals are carrying with them the cure for all disease and the cow pee like substance to make the better looking of our kind into superheroes. It affects us all and they should be fined one cent per person, for ever person that is being jipped by them. Let us at least hope they have incurable stomach problems. Like if the music industry has massive fines for copying music. Why doesn't humanity have  massive fines for depriving a species of life.
